Four Eleven Systems LLC provides specialized business technology solutions including, but not limited to, managed endpoint support, remote system telemetry, patch management, cloud administration (Microsoft 365 / Azure), immutable backup workflows, and network security engineering.

Specific scope of work, service level agreements (SLAs), and fee structures for contracted clients are formally governed by separate, executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).

3. SMS Communications & Carrier Compliance (A2P 10DLC)

By submitting your phone number via our web contact forms, scheduling calendars, or support inquiries, you provide explicit consent to receive informational and transactional SMS messages from Four Eleven Systems LLC regarding discovery requests, system updates, and appointment scheduling.

• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Four Eleven Systems LLC employs industry-standard cybersecurity measures and best practices, no digital infrastructure is completely immune to emerging vulnerabilities, ransomware attacks, or third-party service provider outages (including Microsoft, internet service providers, or hardware OEMs).

In no event shall Four Eleven Systems LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or third-party platform dependencies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Williamson County or Travis County, Texas.
