Lance's path into IT started on the front lines—supporting customers at Compaq and HP, then moving into an engineering role at CompUSA managing backend systems. He went on to work in telecom and in Tier 3 support for outsourced IT at a large healthcare company, before spending over 15 years in enterprise data protection and infrastructure at companies including Dell, Commvault, Cohesity, and Pure Storage.
That mix of hands-on support experience and enterprise-grade backup, disaster recovery, and storage expertise is what Four Eleven Systems brings to small and mid-sized businesses across Central Texas. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering/Technology from Texas Tech University and is a multi-year VMware vExpert.
